Adioi reincarnation and discount packet of level 70 ?

Greetings ...
A friend of mine is considering the possibility of getting back to play the game but he want to start with a new class, so will the adioi jar be available for him ? Althou his main wasn't 70 when the adioi patch came, so will he get the jar when he reaches 70 on his main ?




Also there was the value pack that you get when you reach level 70 on the main, do we still get it (the one that costs 1500BC to buy and gives six runes of level 5) or was it replaced with something else or removed

He should get the jar once he hits level 70. We received it on subscription server, and my character received it on free to play as well. I'm unsure about the value pack though.
